Local care

Right here in the township, on the Morganville side

Our office is at 186 County Route 520, in the Morganville section of Marlboro Township. If you live in Marlboro Village, Morganville, Wickatunk, or along Union Hill Road, Tennent Road, or Route 79, we are likely the closest clinic you have that does all three disciplines in one place. For most Marlboro neighborhoods you are looking at a five to ten minute drive, with easy access from Route 520, Route 79, and the Garden State Parkway at Exit 117A.

Marlboro is home to roughly 40,000 people across Marlboro, Morganville, and Wickatunk, with a lot of families, school-age athletes, and longtime commuters into New York and central Jersey. We see all of it. Young parents dealing with pregnancy-related low-back pain, teenagers working back from a sports injury, desk-bound professionals whose necks have had enough, and active seniors who just want to keep moving.

Why us

Why Marlboro patients choose us

Most chiropractic offices around here do one thing and refer you out for the rest. We do three things under one roof and on one plan: chiropractic, physical therapy, and acupuncture. In Marlboro specifically, that tends to matter for a few reasons.

  • Integrated care beats fragmented care

Chiropractic gets you moving again, and physical therapy rebuilds the strength that keeps you there. We do both in the same office, on the same plan.

  • Same-day appointments

Our Marlboro patients rarely wait more than a day for a first visit. When low-back pain or sciatica flares, we treat it fast, before it settles in.

  • Most insurance accepted

We are in network with the carriers Marlboro employers and the school district use most, including Horizon BCBSNJ, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.

  • Spinal decompression

Non-surgical care for herniated and bulging discs. Most offices in the area do not have the equipment. We do.

  • TPI-certified golf care

Marlboro has plenty of serious golfers, and we offer performance-focused chiropractic and PT built around the swing.

Common cases

What we see most from Marlboro

The mix of cases that walks in from Marlboro is fairly predictable. Here is what we see most and what we do about it.

Pain Relief

Back and neck pain from desk jobs and commuting

A lot of Marlboro works elsewhere, whether that is the train into New York from Matawan and Aberdeen or the drive up Route 9 into the corporate parks. Long sits plus long drives turn into a stiff upper back, chronic neck tension, and mid-day headaches. We treat it with adjustments, mobility work, and posture coaching that holds.

Sports & Athletes

Youth and high-school sports injuries

Marlboro High School and the township's soccer, lacrosse, and baseball programs send us a steady stream of athletes. Ankle sprains, hip flexor strains, sore shoulders, and stiff necks all respond well to our approach, and we work with the athletic trainers so the timeline back to competition stays realistic.

Disc Issues

Sciatica and disc issues

Sciatica is the single thing we treat most, and Marlboro patients are no exception. Spinal decompression, targeted adjustments, and the right nerve exercises clear up the majority of cases without surgery, even when an MRI shows a disc problem.

Auto Injury

Auto accident injuries

Route 520, Route 79, and the Parkway all see their share of collisions. If you have been in a fender bender or worse, New Jersey PIP covers chiropractic and physical therapy, usually with nothing out of pocket. We handle the paperwork so you can focus on recovery.

Your first visit

Plan on 45 minutes to an hour for the first appointment. We go through your history, do a full physical and neurological exam, watch how you move, and look at any imaging you bring, then build a plan with a realistic timeline. In most cases treatment starts the same day, and you will leave knowing what is driving your pain, what we are going to do about it, how many visits it should take, and what it will cost.

Marlboro Chiropractor, Frequently Asked Questions

How far is the clinic from downtown Marlboro?

Our office is at 186 County Rte 520 in the Morganville section of Marlboro Township, about a five to seven minute drive from Marlboro Village and the Town Hall area. Route 520 runs straight through the township from Union Hill Road to Tennent Road, and we are just east of that corridor.

Do you take Horizon BCBSNJ and other Marlboro-area insurance?

Yes. Horizon BCBSNJ is the plan we see most from Marlboro employers and school-district staff, and we are in network. We also take Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare for chiropractic. Send a photo of your card and we will verify your benefits before your first visit.

Can you treat Marlboro high-school athletes for sports injuries?

Absolutely. Marlboro High School and the township's youth leagues send us lacrosse, soccer, wrestling, and football athletes all the time. We work with the athletic trainers and treating physicians, and the chiropractic-plus-PT model is a strong fit for getting kids back to play safely.

My back started hurting after a long day. Should I wait it out?

If it is still there after a couple of days, do not wait. Caught early, most fresh back pain clears up in a handful of visits. Once your body starts guarding around it, it gets harder to reverse. Give us a call, same-day appointments are usually available.

Do you treat seniors with arthritis or spinal stenosis?

Yes. A good portion of our Marlboro patients are 60 and up with degenerative spine changes. We use gentle, low-force techniques (drop-table, instrument-assisted, Activator), light spinal decompression, and corrective exercise suited to the age and the condition. We never force an adjustment that does not feel right.

What is the easiest way to your office from Marlboro?

From Marlboro Village, take Route 79 south to Route 520 east and we are on the right about two miles past Tennent Road. From Union Hill Road, take Route 520 east directly. There is free parking on site, and Parkway Exit 117A works if you are coming from the north end of the township.
