Dr. Rick Caban

Chiropractor & Founder

Dr. Rick Caban is a licensed chiropractor and the founding clinician of Limitless Spine and Joint Care. He has spent his career treating Monmouth County patients with the integrated, evidence-first approach that defines the practice today.

Dr. Caban's specialties include spinal adjustments for back pain and sciatica, non-surgical disc care (including spinal decompression), post-operative rehabilitation, and sports injury recovery. He is frequently the clinician patients turn to after other chiropractic, PT, or pain-management offices haven't produced results.

When he isn't in the clinic, Dr. Caban is an avid golfer — which led directly to his TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certification and the Limitless golf-performance program.

Dr. Robert Perniola

Physical Therapist

Dr. Robert Perniola is a licensed physical therapist with a doctorate in physical therapy. He leads the rehabilitation and corrective-exercise programs at Limitless, working alongside Dr. Caban to build integrated plans that combine chiropractic care with the movement-based rebuilding PT provides.

Dr. Perniola's focus is the 20% of rehab that prevents the 80% of relapses — deep core activation, scapular stability, hip and glute mechanics, and thoracic mobility. His patients leave with short home programs they actually do, because they work.

He treats everyone from post-op shoulder and knee patients to desk workers in their first flare of low back pain, to high-school and collegiate athletes recovering from competition injuries.

Areas of focus

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Sports performance and return-to-play
  • Corrective exercise programming
  • Movement and gait analysis
  • Chronic pain rehabilitation

Our philosophy, in three sentences

Pain is a signal, not a diagnosis. The goal is to find what's driving it and give you the tools to stay ahead of it. Plans end when you graduate.
