How do I verify coverage before my first visit?

Call us at (732) 972-6010 with your insurance card handy, or send us a photo of the front and back of your card through our contact form. We verify benefits — deductible status, co-pay, visit limits, and referral requirements — and call you back before you come in.

What if my plan has a chiropractic visit limit?

Most commercial plans cover 20–30 chiropractic visits per calendar year, which is more than enough for the vast majority of cases. We'll walk you through exactly how many visits are covered, what happens if your condition needs more, and what cash-pay options look like if you approach the limit.

Do I need a referral from my primary-care doctor?

Not in New Jersey. Chiropractic and most physical therapy care can be accessed directly — no PCP referral required. Some HMO plans still prefer a referral to reduce your out-of-pocket cost; we'll let you know during verification if that's the case for your plan.

Do you accept auto injury (PIP) or workers' comp?
